A New Hotel Opens in the Middle Tennessee Area
A new hotel popped up in the Middle Tennessee, Tennessee area. Fairfield Inn & Suites opened an 80-room hotel near Interstate 40. They couldn’t do it without the help of Griffin Mechanical.
We love new construction projects, and working on this hotel was no different. Hotels require creative thinking about heating and cooling individual rooms, long hallways, and lobbies where doors are constantly opening and closing.

For this hotel specifically, we worked on a multitude of projects. This included terminal air conditioning units coupled with a fresh air induction system. We also assisted with the installation of indoor pool equipment. The indoor pool needed humidification controls and dampers to keep the area comfortable for guests.
