Converting a Big-Box Retail Space
At Griffin Mechanical, we are continually working on space conversions for our clients. Repurposing an existing building is not an easy task. The building must be renovated or partially demolished to make it functional for the new occupants.

CrossPoint Church contacted Griffin Mechanical for help with a conversion project. They purchased a big-box retail space in Middle Tennessee and wanted to turn it into a worship center. Our job included demolishing the existing HVAC equipment and ductwork to create a new functional system for the center. We then installed an all new HVAC system and ductwork.
